HSSC Group C Vacancy 2023

CET Haryana 2023 Selection Process:

When Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) initiates the recruitment process for Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts, eligible candidates will be notified based on their CET score. The commission has the discretion to select candidates based on the CET score or conduct further tests. Recruitment for Group D posts will be solely based on the CET score, whereas Group C posts will require additional testing.

HSSC will call five times the total posts’ candidates for vacancies up to 50 posts, and for vacancies exceeding 50, they will call three times the candidates based on CET scores/percentile, categorized accordingly. In cases where multiple candidates meet the cutoff criteria, HSSC will call all eligible candidates for further evaluation.

In the selection process for both Group C and Group D posts, candidates can earn a maximum of 5 additional points for factors such as social, economic, and experience qualifications. Adding these points directly to their CET scores will enhance their chances of securing a position.

This selection process aims to ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process, offering candidates a balanced opportunity to showcase their abilities and secure a career in the government sector in Haryana.

Exam Pattern for HSSC Admit Card 2023

The Haryana CET 2023 written exam comprises six parts with 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question carries 0.95 marks, resulting in a total of 95 marks for the exam. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers, but leaving a question blank will incur a deduction of 0.95 marks. The authority advises candidates to attempt all questions and use the fifth option if they choose not to answer a particular question. This approach ensures a fair assessment of candidates’ knowledge and abilities.
